There are several episodes of Justin the Dork which parody famous works. Here are some examples over the seasons.

Season 1:

The episode, "Brandon Raids Again!" is based off of the Godzilla movie, "Godzilla Raids Again!", which was released in 1955.

Season 2:

The episode, "Crash Landing", is completely based off of the 1999 film of the same name.

Season 3:

The premiere episode of season 3, "Storm of the Century", is based off of the screenplay book by Stephen King, even though the plot is completely different.

Season 7:

The episode, "Burn of the Mountain", is based off of the movie, "Fire on the Mountain".

Season 8:

The episode, "Loss of a Comrade", comes from what Optimus Prime says in the first Transformers movie in 2007: "We lost a great comrade, but gained new ones."

Seasons 6-8:

Several characters from "Superkids", and the fictional planet of Jasxto, from the series "Ship Wars", are parodied throughout all three seasons, and a few are even killed in action. The reason for the change of characters, was because the superkids series of movies was still going on, and they didn't want to ruin the series.  In Ship Wars, the planet Jasxto had already been destroyed, along with its moon, but, Justin the Dork wanted to continue the planet, but, when the characters were brought back, their names were changed.
