Tuesday, September 11, 2001 started out as any other normal day, but god had more in store. American Airlines Flight 11, United Airlines Flight 175, American Airlines Flight 175, and Delta Air Lines Flight 1989, take off from their departure airports. However, United Airlines Flight 93, is stuck at its airport for 50 minutes. It takes off and procedes a normal flight. However, United Airlines Flight 175 and American Airlines Flight 11 are hijacked as soon as they take off. American Airlines Flight 11 calls the air traffic control center. They argue over if it is a hijack. They settle on it being a hijack. But, when it hits the north tower of the World Trade Center they think that it is headed for Washington D.C. although they are wrong. Then, United 175 calls as well. They then think it is a second hijack. They settle on the same thing they did for American 11. United 175 then crashes into the south tower of the World Trade Center. United 93 is then hijacked at 9:28 A.M. Then, American 77 is hijacked. They tell the advisors to send jets over the U.S. to shoot down all suspected hijacked flights, and ground all the other flights. American 77 then crashes into the Pentagon. Delta 1989 is thought to be hijacked, but is rejected. The jets over the the capitol head east over the Atlantic Ocean and then are turned around. Flight 93 crashes at 10:03 A.M. A couple minutes before, the south tower of the World Trade Center had collapsed. At 10:28 A.M. the north tower collapses. The other suspected hijacks land later. The memorial is to be finished in 2013 for the World Trade Center. The Pentagon was rebuilt. The memorial for Flight 93 is in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
